These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Datavius.com (“Publisher”) and Google AdSense (“AdSense”) to obtain approval and participate in the AdSense program. By applying for and using AdSense on Datavius.com, the Publisher agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
- Datavius.com must comply with Google AdSense program policies and guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, having original and quality content, adhering to community standards, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
Website Content:
- Datavius.com must not contain content that violates AdSense policies, including but not limited to content that is adult, violent, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others. The website should have sufficient and original content that provides value to users.
Prohibited Content:
- The Publisher agrees not to publish content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities. Prohibited content also includes copyrighted material without proper authorization.
User Experience:
- Datavius.com should provide a positive user experience, with clear navigation and accessible content. Ad placements must not be deceptive or obscure the main content of the website.
Ad Placement:
- AdSense ads must be placed under Google’s ad placement policies. The Publisher must not encourage clicks on ads or manipulate ad placements in a way that may deceive users.
Invalid Clicks:
- The Publisher shall not engage in any activity that generates invalid clicks, impressions, or other fraudulent activities. This includes but is not limited to, click fraud, automated clicking tools or encouraging others to click on ads.
Account Information:
- The Publisher agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the AdSense application process. Any changes to the account information must be promptly updated.
Termination:
- AdSense approval is subject to ongoing compliance with the terms of this agreement. AdSense reserves the right to terminate the Publisher’s account at any time if there is a violation of these terms.
Payments:
- AdSense payments are subject to the payment terms and conditions set forth by Google. The Publisher must provide accurate payment information to receive payments.
Changes to the Agreement:
- AdSense reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Publisher will be notified of any changes, and continued use of AdSense constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law:
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration by the rules of the [Arbitration Authority].
By applying for and using AdSense on Datavius.com, the Publisher acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of AdSense services.
